If you’re a Vikings then than you need to head out to the annual Vista Viking Festival which makes returns on Sept. 17 and Sept. 19 which are back at Norway Hall Cultural Center.

Returning visitors will notice several improvements and additions to the Viking Village and Heritage Hall created for a more authentic setting.

Once there meet the Norse Gods and Viking Folk at the Living History Viking Village and Marketplace and enjoy two stages of live music and entertainment including Highland Way, The Silk Button Butchers, Blindfold Monks, Southern CA Damekor, and straight out of Denmark KRAUKA.

There will be exotic food and drink and the BrewMasters Beer and Mead Garden Festival to take part in.

Established by the Sons of Norway Norge Lodge in the 1950s, Norway Hall now serves as a hub of communities. Each with its areas of special interest in Nordic history and Scandinavian heritage. Each year these organizations work together to produce California’s Premiere Viking Festival and Nordic Heritage event.
