San Diego Restaurant Week returns on April 3 for eight days of culinary exploration at nearly 100 restaurants throughout the region.

“San Diego’s top chefs will dish out diverse menus featuring special prix-fixe pricing in over thirty neighborhoods across the county,” according to the California Restaurant Association, which is sponsoring the popular event.

Participating restaurants are offering two-course lunches for $10, $15, $20 or $25 and three-course dinners for $20, $30, $40, $50 or $60, depending on the venue’s price point.

This year nearly 20 restaurants are also offering special brunch menus on Sunday, April 3, and Sunday, April 10.

Organizers said this “foodie highlight of the year” will showcase “budding culinary talents” in San Diego’s thriving food culture.

The Restaurant Week website allows diners to search for participating restaurants by cuisine, neighborhood and type of meal.

The sponsoring California Restaurant Association is the oldest restaurant industry group in America with more than one hundred years of experience.
